GIVE BACK! My Take for the Week!
We are all mere men greatly graced and loved by God!
We must never ever forget our GOD;
Our Source of Peace!
Our Source of Power!
Our Source of Progress!
Our Source of Promotions!
Our Source of Joy!
Our Source of Grace!
Our Source of Glory!
Our Source of Greatness!
If not for God who will we be?
If not for God where will we be?
Many that we started together are gone, dead, buried and forgotten! God in His infinite grace and mercies has chosen to SHOWER His love, compassions and peace upon us, so that we are:
Hale!
Hearty!
Strong!
Rich!
Vibrant!
Sound spirit, soul and body!
Successful!
Dynamic!
Versatile!
Sane, Safe, and Secured!
Relevant!
Resourceful!
Influential!
Purposeful!
Powerful!
Let us never ever forget that, NA GOD!
Let us never ever forget that NA GOD GRACE!
Let us never ever forget that NA GOD LOVE!
So today choose to be:
GRATEFUL!
THANKFUL!
ENCOURAGED!
Do all the good you can do today and always.
Affect the lives of people around you, change their stories, put a smile on their faces, pick up some one’s bills, buy your mum and dad that car, and give your Pastor, that great book for a gift, spoil your spouse with love and gifts and buy your son or daughter that great book that they have always craved!
This week choose to do something extraordinary for those that in the less privileged place, visit an orphanage, give to charity, return some of God’s goodness and grace to others. Show some love, help the helpless, give hope to the hopeless, give water to the thirsty, and feed the hungry around you!
Pay your uncle’s children’s school fees, remember you did not make it o your own? Remember God helped you, believing that you too will spread his goodness around. Think of the many dead, many forgotten, many cast down, many trampled under, many in captivity for crimes they know nothing about.
Think about that classmate that was the best in your class but is today begging for bread? Remember you were not at the top of your class, and even if you were, who put the gift there? Who enabled you? Who empowered you? Who graced you? Remember the race is not for the swift and the battle not for the strong!
It is God grace and mercies that happened to us all! So don’t go around proud, arrogant, and puffy! Forgetting where we all started from?
Remember when you could not afford a Gucci or a Dolce; remember when you could not afford dinner at the NICON in Abuja or at some of the finest restaurants abroad?
Remember yesterday’s hunger and thirst and be thankful for today’s abundance and grace! So this week I admonish you to do THREE IMPORTANT THINGS!
Take time to write out every great thing that God has done so far in your life that has helped to get you to where you are presently! Be grateful. Be thankful, throughout this week and this month about God’s goodness and grace.
The second thing we should do is to “GIVE BACK” you do not need to be a millionaire or a billionaire like Bill Gates or Oprah Winfrey to give back. Wherever you are? Who ever you are, you can give back! God purposely surrounds us with the people that we are supposed to help and assist. They are always in our face, in our homes, our offices, our clubs, our churches, and our streets, our communities and our nation! Reach out today and give something back!
Let God know that you are grateful, and thankful, and can be trusted with more grace, glory and greatness.
Thirdly CELEBRATE! Celebrate your achievements, your being alive, well, healthy, successful and relevant; celebrate your gifting, capacities, family, friends, associates and life. Celebrate everything that makes your life meaningful and great. Yes CELEBRATE! You are alive, well and going somewhere, that calls for a CELEBRATION!
God has been good!
God has been kind!
God has been faithful!
Celebrate, count your many blessings one by one and rejoice with great gladness for how far God has helped you and how far yet the road is ahead and how greater the glory of the latter will be!
You keep postponing your day of joy? No better day than today and no better time than NOW! So take out time for that dance, plan a romantic dinner with your entire family. Sing that new song, try that new dance step, buy your favourite music and have a BLAST!
Life is too short not to REJOICE and be glad, not to celebrate and be happy!
Life is too short not to REJOICE, GIVE BACK and be THANKFUL and forever grateful!
That is my focus for this week! CARE TO JOIN ME?
Have a blissfully blessed wonderful week!
Best Wishes
