Do not settle for less when there is MORE!!!
Why settle for less when you can have more in life? Especially when you have the backing and glory of GOD working powerfully in your great life?
Why settle for less when you can have MORE of:
1. God’s presence
2. God’s peace.
3. God’s joy.
4. God’s graces.
5. God’s mercies.
6. God’s provisions.
7. God’s protections.
In life there are some things you cannot change, like y:
1. Your parents
2. Your siblings.
3. Your date of birth
4. Your place of birth.
5. Your past.
At the same time there are a million and one things you can change and change for good.
You can change:
1. Your country of abode.
2. Your present occupation.
3. Your friends.
4. Your mindsets, perspectives, persuasions,
5. Your look and outlook.
6. Your daily routine.
7. Focus.
8. Your Appetites for better and greater things of excellence and meaning.
9. Your zeal.
10. Your place of worship.
11. Your dreams, hopes and aspirations.
12. Your values.
The list can go on and on and on. But for the sake of this discourse I will stop here.
The truth is that you have great power in your hands to make enormous changes in your life for the better of course with the help of the Almighty GOD because without HIS help and power we all can do nothing as human beings.
The good book says Except the LORD builds the house the laborers’ labour in vain.
Except the LORD watches over the city the armed men watch in vain”. (Paraphrase)
It is very imperative that you tap into the grace and power of GOD before you begin the process of making any kind of changes even when positive, as we tap into the ever present and wonderful grace of GOD. This persuasion came to me as I saw the need to do more in being a blessing to others.
I realized that to be a greater blessing I needed to be greatly blessed because you cannot give what you do not have. We all have self limiting beliefs, values and mindsets that hinders our promotion, growth and expansion, and we need to knock out these limiting beliefs and blast off whatever is standing in our paths of being MORE than we presently are.
We must determine to raise the bar, in order to become more and have more in life. God has definitely promised us the best of the best and his thoughts towards us is always of good and never of evil. He calls us to greatness through holiness and righteousness; for if we are willing and obedient we shall eat the good of the land, for the earth is the LORD’S and the fullness thereof including all that dwell within the earth.. The entire universe with all its known and hidden treasures all belong to our Creator and king; the LORD JESUS CHRIST, so why ever must we settle for less?
Why settle for Lagos when GOD has plans for you to take over the entire world and rule and reign as king in your chosen field?
Why settle for a common education when GOD has planned that you attend the very best of the best schools?
Why settle for a room when GOD has planned that you live in the best purpose built house in the best neighborhood, in the best country in the entire world?
GOD who raised up our present president, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who has risen from our ranks to become the most important man in the land of Nigeria? Whether we like it or not providence played a part in his rising from very low ranks to become the celebrated President of the most populous country in Africa. Today President Jonathan is not just known in Nigeria, he is known all over the world. GOD is still in the business of lifting and elevating and doing great good.
So the key is to:
1. See possibilities
2. Have a change of mindset and perspective for a greater and better, richer outcomes in our lives.
3. Pray for GOD’S divine interventions and lifting’s.
4. Begin to walk the walk and talk the talk of our new position and placement; as it’s said “the just shall live by faith”!!!
It’s possible; think Jonathan, Obama and Fashola. These three men have 2 things in common. They are both governing their states or countries and they both were underdogs that nobody gave a any chance of making it to the coveted positions they occupy today.
5. Change whatever you can change for the sake of getting better and forget whatever you cannot change. Why cry over spilled milk. At the end of the day GOD’S will, will stand.
It’s possible.
For after the rains the sun will shine.
It’s possible
For GOD who brought you thus far have greater and more glorious plans ahead.
It’s time to ride high upon the high places of the earth.
It’s time to dream bigger than you and raze down all those thoughts that limit and hinder.
It’s time to embrace GOD’S plans and agenda of peace, power, progress which will result in spirit, soul and body TRANSFORMATION!!!
You will be all that GOD ORDAINED, for GOD is with you, for you and in you or is HE NOT?
If HE is CELEBRATE!!!
If HE is not; REPENT and accept JESUS CHRIST into your heart today as your LORD and personal SAVIOUR!
